You have a *D next to Hon. Eliud Timothy Mwamunga's name. Isn't the *D supposed to indicate the ones who have passed on (deceased)? If so then you have erroneously marked the Hon. Eliud Timothy Mwamunga and a correction and apology is very much in order, because he is still very much with us in this world.
